Vinification: The best wines are vinified and choosen by the producers.
After a long tasting work, the wine is matured in barriques for over 16 months. Frequent racking from the lees allows the wine to be bottled without fining, filtration or other physical stabilization. This may result in slight sediment in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13.2 % Vol.

Color: Deep and brilliant ruby red.

Bouquet: Complex and intense. Fruity notes of ripe cherry and blackberry, accompanied by spicy and roasted tones of liquorice, cloves, coffee and dark chocolate.

Palate: Well-bodied and rich, with tannins of perfect quality and strength. Very long and persistent at the finish.
Dining choices: Fine meats of the haute cuisine – game and fowl, roast beef – and fine savoury cheeses.

Serving temperature: 18° C

Aging: The Quattromani 2014 will reach its full expressive potential beginning in autumn 2016 and will continue to develop in character through 2025 and beyond if properly cellared. Best if uncorked one hour before serving.
